Terms
Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Condui, the websites, app, account portal, cloud features, paid features, exports and support services of Studio Oplos VOF, operating as Condui.
Service provider
Condui is provided by Studio Oplos VOF, operating as Condui. Registered office: Karel De Goedelaan 25, 8870 Izegem, Belgium. VAT and company number: BE1038620471. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@condui.be.
What Condui does
Condui helps users create and manage electrical diagrams, plans, project data, exports and shareable project links. Some features work locally in your browser or on your device. Other features, such as cloud projects, version history, QR sharing, account management, payments and support, use online services.
No replacement for professional judgement
Condui can help draw, structure, validate and export, but it does not provide legal, technical or inspection-binding advice. You remain responsible for the correctness of your project, compliance with applicable rules, material choices, execution of works and review by qualified professionals or inspection bodies.
Account and access
You must use accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where misuse is demonstrably not attributable to you. We may limit, suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, security risks, non-payment or serious breach of these terms.
Project data and ownership
You keep your rights to your project content. You give Condui the limited permission needed to store, sync, process, export, share, secure and support projects according to your use of the service. We do not sell your project data.
Anonymous project data
Where project data has first been genuinely anonymised so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, your account, a customer, an address or an installation, we may use the resulting data for statistics, research, quality control, security, testing and improving Condui, and developing and evaluating automated analysis and assistance systems. Data that is merely pseudonymised or otherwise still linkable remains personal data and is handled under the privacy declaration. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymous data.
Payments and paid features
Paid features, project unlocks and subscriptions provide access to the features described at the time of purchase or signup. Prices, taxes, billing and payment terms are shown before you pay. Subscriptions may be charged periodically until cancelled through the account or payment flow.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Condui reliably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, improve, restrict or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal reasons, product development or commercial choices. Where reasonable, we will communicate important changes in advance.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Condui for illegal, misleading, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not try to bypass security, access control, payment flows, limits or technical measures.
- Do not upload malware or disrupt the service or infrastructure.
- Do not share projects or data where you lack the rights or permission to do so.
Exports, sharing and backups
Exports, PDFs, QR codes and shared links are tools. Always check the content before using, submitting, printing or sharing it. Keep your own copies of important projects and documents. Condui is not an archive service with a legal retention guarantee.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Oplos VOF is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit, data loss, inspection refusals, execution errors or decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete project data. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the event causing the damage, except where the law prohibits such limitation.
Termination
You can stop using Condui and, where available, end your account or subscription through the account portal. After termination, some data may temporarily remain for export, administration, security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law provides another competent court or protection.
