No. Whether your project is local or in the cloud, you can always download the full editable project and save it separately. Condui also works offline and locally if you install it as a PWA app, so we can never completely deny you your data and access.

A subscription is not needed to try the full workflow. ### Are free, local projects suitable for a real inspection? Preferably use your premium project first for an inspection. A local project can be useful to draw something, and AREI validation works the same way, but the lower quality and watermark can be inconvenient for the inspector.
