The Team subscription costs €45 per user per month and is intended for companies where several people draw, manage or follow up on projects. It includes the premium features from the individual subscription, plus a shared workspace and central team management.
Team brings projects and colleagues together under one organisation. You do not have to organise project access and administration separately for every employee.
Do you work with subcontractors or other outside professionals? Team owners and admins can invite them as external partners. A partner edits a team project without a paid plan of their own. The project stays with your team.
Each paid user gives the team 10 partner projects per month, shared by the whole team. With two users that is 20. Unused partner projects do not carry over to the next month. You always see who has access and can revoke it at any time.
Team suits electrical contractors, engineering offices and other professional organisations where at least two people work with the same projects. This can include designers, project managers and colleagues who need to review or follow up on plans.
An individual subscription supports one person's work. Team adds collaboration, shared project access, roles, central management and consolidated billing. These require more infrastructure and administration than a personal workspace. The higher price therefore covers the organisation and collaboration layer around the work, not merely another login.
Team costs €45 per user per month and starts from two users. The total depends on the number of seats selected. For one user, the individual subscription at €35 per month or €300 per year remains the simpler choice.
